主讲人：王珲

王珲女士拥有近20年的企业税务管理和咨询服务经验，现任铂略咨询副总裁。王女士曾任跨国集团IMC集团的全球税务总监。在加入该集团前，王女士曾担任上海某四大会计师事务所国际税务与并购组的高级税务经理，在为跨国企业提供投资架构调整和规划、兼并重组等业务上有着丰富的经验。王珲女士拥有荷兰莱顿大学的国际税法学硕士学位，是中国注册会计师和中国注册税务师。

讲座内容：全英文讲授。

以中国的税收立法体系为背景，介绍中央和地方共享税体制及其税收征管实践，结合案例，从实务角度讨论营改增、BEPS挑战等热点问题。

Lecturer: Grace Wang

Grace Wang is Vice President of Linked-F, a leading Chinese O2O finance and taxation practical training provider. Grace has been working for IMC Group as its Global Tax Head since December 2008. She is responsible to lead IMC Corporate tax function including tax governance/risk management, tax planning and tax compliance implementation and management with a particular focus on supply chain planning and business restructuring initiatives.
